Workshops 2025

Hello!

I run regular workshops on Sundays 11.30am – 1.30pm I hire fully equipped Studio 3 in Heaton Mersey. The way it works is you send in your requests and I build a workshop. If you don’t have any requests, I still build a workshop. £20 each. Juice at the end. Come and join me.

1st March I am teaching at MDIY, Manchester and District Iyengar Yoga Centre, 10am – 12:30pm all students of yoga are welcome. £25 members £30 non members. Booking is open.

13th April – 11.30am – 1.30pm at Studio 3 – £20 – Booking open

17th August – 11.30am – 1.30pm at Studio 3 – £20 booking open
